A great brewery and pub needs to have a solid menu to pair with the beers. Fortunately, Brutopia offers many great classic sandwich items with unique local and modern sensitivities that will intrigue your curiosities and please your taste buds. Aside from standard bar tapas, common poutines, and less common tacos, Brutopia‘s sandwich menu is pretty stellar:
This simple chicken sandwich features chipotle-marinated chicken for some flare. This is topped, then, with aioli and lettuce and tomato.
Take marinated steak, grill it, and then throw it on ciabatta bun. Then smother the whole thing with refried black beans and pico de gallo salsa and you have the Pepito.

BOEUF ROTI/ROAST BEEF
A simple roast beef sandwich is good anytime and this one is just as tender and juicy as the best you’ve ever had. Topped with sauteed onions and roasted peppers, though, it might slightly nod at the Philly Steak, in a way, adding sweet textures and flavors to the what is often a more salty sandwich.
And finally, if you want to keep it simple at Brutopia, you can always opt for a classic hot dog. Of course, this is Brutopia so be prepared when the 100 percent beef sausage leaves the kitchen in a brioche bun and topped with coleslaw, tomatoes, onions, and pickled jalapenos.
